It won’t happen, but I would love to see an aggressive deadline(with in reason) from Dana Brown. Try to add two outfield bats especially if you chase after Moniak. Some combo of Ramos, Moniak, Bleday, McCarthy and/or Nootbar( I would love to get Alec Burleson as well).
Now that Sousa is back, King should be dealt before his value gets lower and since Abreu is on the upswing deal him as well. Add inning eaters. Diaz has little value but if teams call you should listen.
Add one inning eater. We don’t have the prospect capital to get a 2 or a 3 starter. So try to find some luck and hope you can establish a makeshift rotation behind Brown and Lambert come October.
The only crazy block buster deal worth really considering is Adley Rutchman.
